How it works

  • ...during normal operation
  1. During normal operation, the dust laden air from the plant travels down the supply duct (1)
  2. A primary baffle (2) is mounted at the inlet of filter to break up the air flow and direct the big particle downward into the hopper section (3) while protecting the filter cartridges from abrasive dusts.
  3. The fine dust continuously settles down at pre-separator (4) equipped multi-baffle (5). Only the finest dust collects goes through multi-baffle and filtered on the outside of the filter cartridges (6) as clean air passes through to the inside of each cartridge (7). Finally, the clean air travels through the air handling fan (8) where it could be returned to the plant or exhausted outdoors.
  4. The heavier dust settles in the hopper section (3) where it can be discharged into a metal bin (9) or through a rotary air lock. ...while cleaning 1. The DFC utilizes a Delta-P gauge to control the compressed air cleaning. In essence, the filter cleans itself when it is On-demand cleaning mode! 2. A compressed-air line (10) must be connected to one end of the compressed-air manifold (11). 3. A solenoid valve (12) opens to allow compressed air from the compressed air manifold (11) into the jet tubes (13) and jet nozzle (14). The jet nozzles are right above each cartridge. 4. Jet nozzle pulses out compressed air from the top of the cartridge to the bottom
  5. he downward blast blows the dust off the filter cartridge (6) (from the inside out) where it settles into the hopper section (3) to be collected in the metal bin (9) or discharge through a discharge air-lock.
  6. The downward blast blows the dust off the filter cartridge (4) (from the inside out) where it settles into the hopper section (3) to be collected in the metal bin (7) or discharged through a rotary air lock.

DT Filter Smart Controller

  • IOT technology for remote monitoring and controlling
  • Differential pressure is displayed in the bright LED Bar
  • Automatically check and alarm error solenoid valve High-pressure alarm
  • Connection of up to 160 valves to one main controller
  • Large screen with operation parameter and setting IP65 protection 5 On-Demand cleaning methods

Eco-fan

  • Our high-performance fans consume less 20-30% energy than regular ones
  • Furthermore, impellers are made of heavy-duty steel sheet helping the fans to be more balanced
  • Eco fan is now preferred for most installations in industrial applications due to its low initial and low life-cycle cost benefits
